1. Membership and Token-Based Access:
Fantasy.ai operates under a membership model supplemented by a token system. Upon purchasing a membership, users receive a monthly allocation of tokens. The base amount of tokens per month is 100, but this can increase if the user purchases a membership with a promotional token package.
Users who buy a membership enjoy unlimited messaging to AI generated companions, while additional features such as AI companion creation, image generation, and voice interactions require tokens.
2. Token Pricing and Usage:
Tokens can be used across the platform for premium interactions. The token costs for each feature are:
- Messages: Unlimited if tokens are purchased
- AI Companion Generation: 20 Tokens
- Image Generation: 10 Tokens
- Voice Message: 3 Tokens
- VVoice Calls: 7 Tokens per minute
- Influencer Messages: Varies depending on the influencer
This system ensures flexibility while rewarding loyal users with monthly tokens.
3. Token Validity and Duration:
Tokens do not expire and can be used at any time. However, features may change or incur different token costs based on updates to the platform. Any changes will be communicated to users in advance.
4. Cancellation and Refunds:
Users purchase tokens based on their anticipated usage. Refunds are not available for used tokens or partially used token packages. We encourage users to start with smaller token packages to evaluate the platform’s offerings.
5. Free Message Allowance:
Free users are provided a limited number of messages to engage with the platform. Once this limit is reached, additional messages will require tokens. Purchasing tokens grants unlimited messaging privileges.
6. Vouchers and Discounts:
Vouchers and promotional codes may be offered for token discounts. These discounts apply only once per promotion and cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other discounts.
7. Policy Changes:
Fantasy.ai reserves the right to update its token costs, policies, and features at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes before they take effect.
